About Me
Advocating for Inclusion & Equity Through Behavioral Science
Aspiring BCBA | Psychology & Behavioral Health Professional | Advocating for Inclusion & Positive Change
Education
I hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of Houston and an MBA with a concentration in Digital Media Management from St. Edward's University.
Experience
I am a passionate advocate for inclusion, equity, and meaningful behavioral change. With a background in psychology and an MBA, I’ve spent the past 13 years working in festivals and music venues, specializing in marketing, promotion, and talent buying. These roles allowed me to develop skills in strategic planning, communication, and building connections, all of which I’m now channeling into my new career path.
My professional journey has also included hands-on experience in behavioral health, working as a psych tech with children and adults, and managing programs that make a tangible difference in people’s lives. These experiences, combined with my dedication to advocacy and equity, have inspired me to pursue certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
I’m particularly interested in creating behavioral plans that empower individuals to achieve their goals and applying behavioral science to organizational management to foster healthier, more effective workplaces. My work is grounded in a commitment to listening, collaboration, and tailoring solutions to meet unique needs.
Let’s connect if you share my passion for behavioral health, inclusion, or creating positive change in the world!

When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy expressing myself through writing and music, nourishing my body and mind with intentional practices, and spending time with my family in Durham, NC.
