Music is my life.
I'm passionate about the intersection of music and technology. I'm working to create a sustainable music industry. I have extensive experience with digital marketing, public relations, booking, event planning, and promotion. I'm seeking opportunities to work with artists I can champion and people invested in creating a sustainable music industry.
Currently, I'm a talent buyer at Hotel Vegas and a marketer for Barracuda. In 2013, I founded Noise Pollution, a music promotion and booking agency in Houston where I drove successful public relations initiatives with iconic imagery. Currently, Noise Pollution is a booking agency.
In 2016, I graduated from St. Edward's University's MBA program with a concentration in digital media management. During that time, I was the Chief Social Officer of the MBA Student Association, where I executed community events with IBM Watson, Morgan Stanley, JDI, Localeur, and Pushermania.
I've worked with several festivals in the South including A3C, FPSF, and Austin Psych Fest. As festival marketing associate for Sound on Sound Fest, I worked with Voxable to create a chatbot to facilitate communications with attendees & oversaw its operation throughout the festival.
Additionally, I've worked in marketing and business development at Front Gate Tickets, served as the college marketing manager and the operations intern at Transmission Events (the team behind concerts and festivals such as Fun Fun Fun Fest), and managed social media and marketing for The Wheel Workers, and ODD HOURS. I also acted as sales and marketing consultant for Dinolion, a boutique production company. I am currently developing a podcast called Scratch, about music and money.
Music is one of my great passions but I believe it's important to learn from other industries and to stay curious. Cheers!
